Have you ever felt like problems keep showing up one after another?
Just when you think you finally have a quiet moment, something else happens.
Adeline’s funny message says it perfectly:
“Dear problems, give me a short break. I am your regular customer. Give me discount, please. Don’t make drama.”
Sometimes, you have to laugh at life a little.
😂 When Problems Become Regular Customers
There are days when it feels like problems know exactly where to find you.
One problem leaves, and another one seems ready to take its place.
At some point, you might want to say:
“Can I please get a break?”
And maybe even ask for a discount because you’ve been such a loyal customer! 😂
🧠 Life After Brain Injury Can Have Hard Days
For someone living with brain injury, everyday challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming.
There may be physical challenges, emotional ups and downs, fatigue, memory difficulties, or unexpected situations.
That does not mean every day has to be serious.
Sometimes, humor can give you a small moment to breathe.
💗 It’s Okay to Laugh
Laughing does not mean your problems are not real.
It can simply mean you’re giving yourself permission to have a lighter moment.
You can acknowledge that something is difficult and still find something funny about it.
Sometimes, a little humor can help us get through the day.
🌱 Give Yourself a Break
If life has been throwing one challenge after another at you, remember that you deserve a pause too.
Take a breath.
Rest when you can.
Do something that makes you smile.
And when another problem shows up, you can always say:
“Please take a number. I’m already a regular customer!” 😂
