Caregivers

Caregivers ♥️♥️🧠

You need care, too.

Living with and caring for a brain-changed loved one can be difficult, confusing, exhausting, and deeply emotional.

You may love them completely and still feel overwhelmed.

Both things can be true.

Our founder, Adeline, is a brain injury survivor. She understands that brain change affects more than one person. It can change communication, routines, relationships, responsibilities, and the entire feeling of a home.

This space was created with love for the people who stay, support, encourage, protect, and keep trying.

Here You Can Find

You do not have to be perfect.

You are learning how to love someone whose brain and needs may be different now. Your patience, presence, and support matter more than you may realize.
