There are two kinds of people in the world.

People who think healing means drinking green juice, doing yoga in matching sets, journaling peacefully by a window, and becoming a calm angel.

And people with an acquired brain injury.

We are the second group.

We are the people who walk into a room and forget why we came in. Then we walk back out. Then we remember. Then we walk back in. Then we forget again. Then we need a snack. Then we cry because the snack is too far away.

Welcome, sweetheart. You are not alone.

Adeline was glamorous, successful, and active… and then one crash changed everything. This website was born from those hardest days.

Love Love Brain is not about pretending everything is okay. It is about learning how to help yourself when everything is not okay.

You do not have to become who you were before. You get to become someone new. Someone wiser. Someone softer. Someone stronger.

Your brain may be under construction, but your beautiful life is not over. It is being redesigned.
