01 · About Me
I am an entrepreneur, designer, and brand builder born in Bath, England to Iranian parents. With over three decades of experience, I have built businesses at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and human connection.
My background spans commercial banking, luxury retail, product design, and brand development. I have founded and scaled multiple companies – all designed and manufactured in Los Angeles. At 30, I picked up a tennis racket for the first time, fell in love with the sport, and used it to transform my health, dropping 60 lbs and advancing from a beginner 2.5 to an advanced 4.5 player before 40. That journey inspired me to create the Court to Cocktails tennis dress collection, designed to fit and celebrate curvy bodies.
After sustaining a traumatic brain injury, I stepped back to focus on recovery alongside my psychiatric service dog, Love Love Dog (“Doggie”). This experience reshaped how I approach work – with a stronger emphasis on clarity, accessibility, thoughtful user experience, and sustainable systems.
My Roots – Heritage & Transformation
Tehran, Iran. My parents married in Tehran, Iran. I was born in Bath, England – a heritage that spans continents and cultures.
Beverly Hills. My grandmother Mahin Arjad took a tennis lesson in Beverly Hills – long before I ever picked up a racket at 30.
Transformation. Tennis transformed my life. I dropped 60 lbs, went from a beginner 2.5 to an advanced 4.5 player before 40, and created the Court to Cocktails tennis dress collection – designed to fit and celebrate curvy bodies.
Beverly Hills legacy – like mother, like daughter. My mother owned ADELINE, a luxury children’s apparel and accessories store on Canon Drive in the Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills. Decades later, just a few blocks away, I opened Love Love Tennis in the same Golden Triangle – designing luxury tennis apparel primarily for women, including The Monroe, my first design featuring a unique dry ball back pocket that nobody else has. Two generations. Same neighborhood. Same passion for design.
A lineage of design – like father, like daughter. My father is an entrepreneur and visionary who has built an empire across restaurants, nightclubs, real estate, and property development. But beyond business, he is a designer at heart – meticulously crafting menus, designing properties, and creating experiences with a keen eye for beauty and detail. A ring he designed and handcrafted in England 50 years ago is a testament to his design sensibility, and a symbol of the creative DNA he has passed down to me. Three generations of design. From his vision to my ventures.

Love Love Tennis – Founder & CEO (2015 – 2024)
- Founded a luxury tennis lifestyle brand producing Court to Cocktails apparel, fine jewelry, bags, and custom tennis rackets – all designed and manufactured in Los Angeles
- Opened and operated a three-story luxury boutique with a full racket sports pro shop in Beverly Hills 90210
- Hosted USTA tournaments across the USA and I Love My Doubles Partner tournaments internationally
- Built a global brand presence through events, tournaments, and media
- Holds three U.S. trademarks and a patent-pending capsule collection tennis racket
Bliss by Adeline – Founder (2012 – 2022)
Designed and marketed fine chakra jewelry inspired by meditation and wellness.
CHOCbite – Beverly Hills Chocolate Company (2005 – 2014)
Launched a customizable artisan chocolate brand featuring luxury truffles and gold-flaked confections, handcrafted in Los Angeles. Featured in media and served at exclusive Beverly Hills events.
ARTSYer – Recycled Fused-Glass Art (2009 – 2024)
Founded a sustainable fused-glass art company transforming reclaimed and recycled materials into sculptural bowls, trays, and art objects. All pieces kiln-fired in Los Angeles.
Commercial Banker (2005 – 2014)
Managed multi-million-dollar portfolios in business and real estate financing. Specialized in underwriting, relationship management, and growth strategy.
Professional Poker Player – WSOP Finalist (1999 – 2005)
8th place finish out of 528 players in WSOP Event #19: $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em (2002) – earned $13,400. Competed on the final table alongside legendary players Layne Flack and Johnny Chan. Competed in high-stakes games internationally, developing advanced skills in probability, focus, and risk management.
General Contractor – Owner / Operator (1995 – 2002)
- Custom cabinetry design and installation for luxury residential projects
- Fabrication and professional installation of granite countertops and stone surfaces
- Full bathroom and kitchen remodels, managing all phases from design through completion
- Specialized in high-end finishes and premium materials for Beverly Hills and surrounding areas

I ♥ Love My Doubles Partner. From 2015 to 2020, hosted multiple I Love My Doubles Partner tournaments across the USA and offshore, serving as both tournament director and inspirational speaker – championing higher etiquette and cultivating deeper connections between women both on and off the court.

Education as Healing – Recovery & Reintegration
Following my traumatic brain injury, education became a powerful tool for recovery and reintegration. With support from the Department of Rehabilitation, I returned to learning – pursuing specialized programs in brain injury recovery, spiritual psychology, and digital marketing. Each course represents a milestone in my healing journey and commitment to rebuilding my life with intention and purpose.

As part of my healing journey, I created Love-Love-Brain.com – a passion project dedicated to peer support, ABI recovery resources, and community connection. Every step of this project, from conception to development, is part of my neuroplasticity and cognitive rehabilitation process.

A Life Lived Across Continents
My life has been blessed and colorful, shaped by living in diverse cities across Europe, the Middle East, and America: Bath (England), Tehran (Iran), South of France, Beverly Hills, San Diego, Austin, Newport Beach, Las Vegas, and London.
Current Focus – Love Love Brain
After sustaining a traumatic brain injury, I am channeling my recovery journey into mentoring other TBI survivors through educational posts and community support via Love Love Brain.
