My 10 LOVE LOVE Commandments

My new commitments to myself, my happiness, my healing, and my future. 🌸

I am loved, and I am worthy of love.

I do not need to earn love, prove myself, or be friends with everyone. I am enough exactly as I am.

✨ Worthy

I choose to love myself unconditionally.

I will be gentle with myself, celebrate my efforts, and recognize that I am doing the best I can each day.

✨ Compassionate

I give myself permission to feel sadness while choosing to welcome happiness again.

I have experienced loss, and my feelings are valid. I deserve joy, laughter, love, and a beautiful future.

✨ Optimistic

I welcome help, love, and support into my life.

I recognize that I am not alone. I have people helping me emotionally, physically, financially, and with my healing.

✨ Grateful

I appreciate what I already have and choose to live with enough.

I will value experiences over possessions, spend thoughtfully, and recognize the abundance already surrounding me.

✨ Content

I honor my time, energy, and financial resources.

I will pause, think, and assess before making commitments. I give myself permission to say NO to events, classes, mentoring, and phone calls that do not support my priorities.

✨ Discerning

I surround myself with inspiring, loving, and understanding people.

I will protect my emotional, mental, and physical energy by choosing relationships that are patient, gentle, supportive, and respectful of my healing.

✨ Empowered

I trust my inner wisdom and listen to my intuition.

I will pause, listen to myself, and honor my feelings and instincts while making thoughtful decisions.

✨ Confident

I embrace my imperfections and celebrate who I am.

I release the pressure to be perfect or liked by everyone. My uniqueness, vulnerability, and humanity are beautiful parts of me.

✨ Free

I am committed to learning, healing, and growing every day.

I will celebrate small victories, embrace new possibilities, and remember that progress matters more than perfection.

✨ Resilient

I choose love over fear, compassion over criticism, gratitude over wanting, and progress over perfection.

I am learning to love the woman I am today, while joyfully growing into the woman I am becoming.
