Every meaningful movement begins with a story.
For me, that story began with a traumatic brain injury that changed nearly every part of my life. Along the way, I discovered that many brain injury survivors face similar challenges – not only with recovery, but also with feeling misunderstood and isolated.
That’s why I created Love Love Brain.
This platform is more than a website or a social media channel. It’s a community built on hope, education, encouragement, and the belief that no one should have to navigate brain injury alone.
❤️ Why I Started Love Love Brain
After my injury, I searched for information, support, and stories from people who truly understood what I was experiencing.
I realized there was a need for a space where survivors and caregivers could find practical resources, honest conversations, and hope for the future.
Love Love Brain was created to help meet that need.
🧠 Raising Brain Injury Awareness
Brain injuries are often invisible.
Many survivors look fine on the outside while quietly living with challenges such as fatigue, memory difficulties, brain fog, sensory sensitivities, and emotional changes.
By sharing our stories, we help others better understand what life after a brain injury can really look like.
🌱 Building a Community of Hope
Recovery isn’t something we have to face alone.
Whether you’re a survivor, caregiver, family member, healthcare professional, or simply someone who wants to learn more, every conversation helps create a more compassionate and informed community.
Together, we can replace isolation with connection and understanding.
💙 Advocacy Through Storytelling
Every personal story has the power to educate, encourage, and inspire.
When we speak openly about our experiences, we give others permission to do the same.
Advocacy isn’t always about standing on a stage – it can begin with simply sharing your journey.
⚖️ My Experience Is Personal
This video shares my personal experience and the mission behind Love Love Brain.
It is not medical advice and should not replace guidance from your physician or healthcare provider.
Every brain injury journey is unique, but no one should have to walk it alone.
